MyAhlawy — Online Registration & Points

Members

Import your existing member list, export it as a backup, and invite members directly to an event without waiting for them to sign up themselves.

Add a member

Import members from a file

Columns expected: Membership Number, Name, Phone (optional), Family Group (optional). Existing membership numbers get updated; new ones are added.

Invite members to an event

Member directory

Every member, in one place: contact details, points balance, family members, and their full registration history.

Reset a member's password

For when a member forgets their password and contacts the committee. Enter their membership number and set a new temporary password, then let them know it directly.

Points system visibility

Turn the points system on or off for members. Points still accumulate in the background either way — this only controls what members can see (their balance, the Redemption Ladder tab, and points mentions on registration).

Redemption requests

Points rules

Warning: points are calculated live, not frozen when earned. Changing these values immediately changes the point value of every past registration too, not just future ones.

Position bonus points

Redemption ladder

Post committee news

Short announcements that show on the Events landing page under "Committee News" — e.g. schedule changes, new sport added, general updates.

Community spotlights

Feature a member on the Events landing page under "Community Spotlight" — a photo and a short note about them.

Committee

Manage the public Committee page — a photo, name, and personal title for each member, grouped into Top Committee, Higher Committee, and Committee.

Section titles

What the three section headings say on the public Committee page — set these to your own club's naming.

Members

Landing page sections

Control what shows on the Events landing page, and in what order. Members can still register from the Register tab even if you hide the events listing here.

Hero banner

The big welcome message at the top of the landing page.

A wide action photo works best - it's tinted with the club colors behind the text, so it stays readable with almost any photo.

Plays muted and on a loop behind the text. Takes priority over the photo above when both are set - the photo is then only used as a fallback while the video loads. Up to 60MB; a short, compressed clip (a few seconds to under a minute) works best.

About us

A short block introducing the committee. Turn it on or off in the section list above.

WhatsApp Community

Upload the community's WhatsApp invite QR code so members can scan it to join. Shown on the landing page (turn it on or off in the section list above) and always on every member's profile once a QR image is set.

Contact form

The title and intro text shown above the public contact form on the landing page. Turn it on or off in the section list above.

Photo gallery

A gallery of event photos on the landing page. Turn it on or off in the section list above.

Sponsors & partners
